1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and fa333 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the fa333 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at fa333.bet (the "Platform").

fa333 is an English-language online gaming platform built specifically for adult players residing in Bangladesh. The Platform offers real-money casino games, sports betting, crash games, and live dealer tables. All services are delivered through a single integrated account wallet denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of bonuses and promotions, and all interactions with fa333 customer support. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types; where such additional terms exist, they will be communicated clearly and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

fa333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use fa333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fa333 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at fa333's sole discretion.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of a corporate entity or in a professional gambling capacity that violates any applicable law.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction in a manner that would make your use of fa333 unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of fa333, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the fa333 Platform. Attempting to re-register following a voluntary self-exclusion or a Platform-imposed ban is a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf. You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person in connection with your fa333 account.

fa333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on fa333, you must register for an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one fa333 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim a bonus more than once, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fa333 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fa333 support immediately at [email protected].

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. fa333 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. Where information changes — for example, a change of address or contact number — you are obligated to update your account details promptly. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fa333 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored to the Bangladesh market. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on fa333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. fa333 reserves the right to adjust this threshold from time to time with reasonable notice to Players.
• Deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. fa333 targets a bKash and Nagad deposit credit time of under 30 seconds under normal network conditions; however, fa333 cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not in the Player's name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• fa333 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside fa333's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, subject to the limits and availability of that payment method.
• A minimum balance must be maintained relative to any active bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Full details are set out in the Bonus & Promotion Policy section below.
• fa333 may request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and applies to all Players at the discretion of our compliance team.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are targeted for processing within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fa333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

fa333 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML procedures in accordance with responsible international gaming standards. Where a Player's transaction patterns suggest unusual activity, fa333 may freeze the account, request documentary evidence, and in serious cases refer the matter to appropriate authorities. Depositing funds on fa333 with no intention of genuine gameplay constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

fa333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, which should be read in conjunction with this general Bonus Policy. Where specific promotion terms conflict with this general policy, the specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by fa333 are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. fa333 will clearly state the wagering multiplier for each promotion — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳2,000 bonus means the Player must wager ৳40,000 on eligible games before withdrawing.

Game Contribution

Different game types contribute different percentages towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified per promotion. Crash games such as Aviator may contribute at a reduced rate. Players should review contribution rates before selecting games to play with bonus funds.

Bonus Abuse

fa333 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include: claiming the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts; exploiting promotions in a manner that creates a guaranteed mathematical advantage irrespective of game outcome; colluding with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion; and placing bets that violate the spirit of a promotion even if technically within its letter. fa333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected or confirmed, and to permanently close the accounts of repeat offenders.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fa333 Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is fair, lawful, and respectful of other Players and fa333 staff. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino tables, or tournament formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to play games or place bets on your behalf without prior written consent from fa333.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, bug, or malfunction in the Platform to obtain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed. You must report technical errors to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith after participating in games on fa333. Chargebacks under investigation will result in account suspension and the disputed funds being withheld pending resolution.
• Abusive Communication: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language in any communication with fa333 support staff or other Players.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure beyond your standard user account, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or social engineering.

fa333 reserves the right to investigate any Player account where a breach of these obligations is suspected. Investigations may involve freezing the account and withholding associated balances for the duration of the investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, fa333 may close the account, void all bonuses, and forfeit any winnings accrued in connection with the prohibited conduct.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

fa333 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the circumstances require urgent action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe requested by fa333.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the Player is located in a jurisdiction where use of fa333 is prohibited.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction to close the account.
• Discovery of a duplicate account held by the same individual.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their fa333 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any eligible remaining balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to an active wagering requirement or investigation) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

fa333 supports Players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion options — including short cooling-off periods and indefinite self-exclusion — are available directly from your account dashboard and from our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Please think carefully before setting an exclusion period, as it cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

8. Limitation of Liability

fa333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or compatible with every device and operating system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if fa333 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game result information.
• Any loss resulting from a delay, interruption, or technical failure of a third-party payment provider such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, where such failure is outside fa333's direct control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss of winnings due to a verified technical error or malfunction that voided a game round in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits fa333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by fa333's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
